For the moment we do not have any physical shop. All our products are exclusively sold on our website.

No, all taxes and duties are already included in our price so you will not have to pay anything else when your receive your order.
Our products are never on sale.
Product
We exclusively use Italian calf leather tanned in the region of Abruzzo in Italy.
In order to keep your BOYLE leather goods for many years we recommend that you:
- Do not overload your bag or wallet.
- Prevent any contact with alcohol (for example perfume) and greasy substances.
- Avoid exposing your leather goods to humidity and direct sources of heat.
- Avoid rubbing against abrasive materials.
- Keep your BOYLE products in their dustbag when not using them.
- Remove water stains by gently soaking up liquid by dabbing it with a white cloth.
- Remove marks and stains using a moist white cloth.
- Clean your leather goods by wiping with a clear, non-abrasive and soft dry cloth.
All our leather goods are handmade in the region of Marche in Italy.
All BOYLE products are packed in a luxury box and in a branded cotton dustbag.
Order
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible to amend your order once it has been placed. In the event of a mistake, please email info@guillermoboyle.com as soon as you can explaining what needs to be adjusted and we will do our best to modify your order before it is dispatched.

Yes we do ship worldwide with DHL or UPS depending on the country of destination.

No, we offer free worldwide shipping for all our products.
We always process your order as soon as possible and usually in one or two working days.
Shipping time depends on the country of destination. Here are some indicative shipping times:
– EU countries: 1 to 4 days
– UK and Switzerland: 1 to 2 days
– US and Canada: 4 to 5 days
– Rest of the world: usually around 5 days (it can take a bit longer for remote destinations)
