Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping for all BOYLE products.

If you do not see your country in the drop down menu at checkout, please contact our customer service team at info@guilermoboyle.com

We always process your order as soon as possible and usually in one or two working days.

Shipping time depends on the country of destination. Here are some indicative shipping times:

• EU countries: 1 to 4 days
• UK and Switzerland: 1 to 2 days
• US and Canada: 4 to 5 days
• Rest of the world: usually around 5 days (it can take a bit longer for remote destinations)

Duties and Taxes

All taxes and duties costs are already included in our prices, this means that you will not have to pay anything else at the delivery of your purchase.

Returns

All BOYLE products can be returned free of charge within 14 days following the delivery of the purchase.

Our team will ensure your returns and exchanges processes are as simple and easy as possible. We will sort the returns label and arrange the courier for you.

If you would like to return your item, please send an email to info@guillermoboyle.com and provide the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Would you like a refund or an exchange
• If you would like your exchange sent to a different address please provide the new address

We will then arrange for a returns label to be sent to you.

Please note that item(s) must be in a new condition and not used, with no marks and packaging intact (including dustbag).

We cannot accept any used items and any we receive will be returned to the purchaser at their cost.
